  I have eaten at Scottys 3-4 times. Unfortunately it has gone down hill each time. Tried it again tonight. Portions were incredibly small, ordered a drink from the bar and it arrived in a plastic cup and only half full, and waiter was so overloaded we rarely got refills. The view is amazing but the food was average at best.
  
  Stopped by Scotty's again this week. Super small portions! Even smaller than before!!! Was hoping previous visit was a one off but no. Do not think I will return.
