  STAY AWAY!!!!. He came into our fathers deceased house and told us he could sell everything for between 10-15 thousand dollars. After his take and his charges he made more money than we did and we took less than 2k. He sold valuable items for less than 5 dollars. We had no idea what anything was worth. He gave us no estimate other than when he originally came into the house. DO NOT expect to get anything in return for using the services this guy provides. What a scam! The he overloads you with charges from his "help" that he says was included at the beginning. STAY AWAY!!!
