  HORRIBLE, as the other reviews suggest (especially the ones on Expedia.) I made reservations 3 weeks prior to staying there, had a room booked, received and PRINTED my booking confirmation, and when I arrived, they told me they cancelled my reservation, and they had no vacancy. I had to spend the rest of the night (not even kidding, trust me), driving all over half of FL trying to find a hotel that wasn't full. It was on a weekend, so it was nearly impossible.
  
  BUT HERE IS THE WORST PART: They never even CONTACTED ME to tell me that they had to cancel my reservation!!!
  
  They had my phone number AND my email address, and yet they couldn't even contact me to let me know. That would have saved me from driving around FL for HOURS, and staying up until 4am trying to find a hotel with any vacancy.
  
  I think they did me a favor in a way though, because this placed looked AWFUL. Its not even a hotel, it is basically just a MOTEL. And a crappy one at that.
  
  AVOID at all costs. I hope this saves some other people from this nightmare.
