    Where is the thumbs down button!?

    Never make the mistake of taking phone calls from this company and agreeing to an in-house environmental study. My husband agreed to a water testing appointment as part of an environmental study and thought he was offering his time for a good cause. Instead we had someone give us a long speech on how the marketing approach was designed for the "majority" and how he must have both of us present for the sale pitch. Mind you, the marketing phone call never said anything about needing two people present to hear a stupid $5000 sales presentation. Sales person was rude and completely wasted our time. We don't care about the coupons. Be warned, DO NOT ANSWER their phone calls!
